Traditional doughnuts

Baking doughnuts has been a lifelong tradition for Elzbieta Sobkiewicz and the recipe is handed down from generation to generation. Doughnuts she makes are traditional polish doughnuts made of yeast dough filled with rose petals jam and deep fried in animal fat, with icing powder or glazing on top.

Blackcurrant Liqueur

Liqueurs originate from herbal tinctures and cordials, in Poland commonly used in XVIII century. They were later introduced to ordinary households and a number of different kinds ( fruit, spice, herbal or honey liqueurs) were developed. Blackcurrant liqueur, prepared according to the recipe well-known in the Brzeziny region, has gained popularity since it won the first prize for the best traditional food product in 2011.
